ACCOMMODATION UNITS AND PITCHES
When will the unit/pitch be available?
Accommodation units are available from 5:00 pm and pitches from 12:00 noon. If you arrive before this time, please register immediately at the reception desk and you will get the keys to the accommodation unit or will be able to access the pitch as soon as they are available. In the meantime, you can use all the camping facilities (bars, restaurants, swimming pools, beach…) and start your holiday!
What time should I vacate the unit/pitch?
On the day of departure, units must be vacated by 10:00 am and pitches by 12:00 noon.
Can I choose the unit/pitch number?
No, you can’t. The Management guarantees the requested area, but not the number. You can notify us of particular needs or preferences that we will gladly satisfy if possible.
Are sheets, towels, blankets and pillows available in the accommodation units?
The units only have pillows and blankets only.
Sheets and towels can be hired for a fee and can be requested preferably at the time of booking or after arrival at the reception desk.
In addition, the washing machines can be used for a fee.

In addition, the washing machines can be used for a fee.
Do the units have a kitchen and a refrigerator?
All the campsite units have a kitchen with 2/4 burner stove, cooking utensils, dishes (except for mocha and coffee cups) and refrigerator - with a small freezer compartment - all in different sizes depending on the type of accommodation. Microwave oven and kettle in the Villini Comfort and Bungalow B4 Plus.
Can I do the final cleaning of my unit by myself?
Before leaving, you are kindly requested to empty the kitchen cupboard and refrigerator, throw the garbage in the special containers for separate collection located inside the campsite, wash the dishes or other used kitchen utensils and leave the unit tidy. Otherwise, € 30.00 will be charged.
What is included in the price of my stay?
- Direct access to the free beach (beach service not included)
- Access to the pools (until the maximum expected capacity is reached)
- Dog beach area, dog agility area and pet wash
- Wi-Fi connection (in some areas of the campsite)
- Daytime/evening entertainment and children’s playground
- Football pitch/basketball and beach volleyball courts
I plan to come on holiday in a large caravan/camper van/tent. What should I do?
If you want to book a pitch and travel by caravan/camper van/tent, please let us know its size, so that we can assign you a pitch that suits your needs.
Can I set up a tent near the bungalow/chalet/mobile home?
No, you are not allowed to place tents near the accommodation unit. Tents, even small ones, can only be placed on the pitches and the Management has the right to ask guests to immediately dismantle any tents that are placed outside the dedicated areas.
Can I book a pitch without electricity?
No, the bookable pitches are with electricity (marked in orange on the campsite map) and with electricity, water and drainage (pitches marked in blue).
Pitch amperes?
The pitches with electricity are equipped with a 10amp, 2 kw electric station – connection with EEC European socket.
Can I have a barbecue at the campsite?
Only gas or electric barbecues are allowed at the campsite. Wood or charcoal barbecues are forbidden in the entire area of the pine forest. There are special fire points for cooking food on embers.
PETS
Can I bring pets?
Dogs and cats are welcome (max. 2 per unit or pitch: € 4/day for the first pet and € 7/day for the second pet).
Pets can stay in all pitches and in 11 types of accommodation:
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. They cannot be left alone in the unit or on the pitch, in order to avoid any disturbance to the other guests of the campsite.
Aggressive dogs can circulate only if they are muzzled and kept on a short leash, led by a person capable of fully controlling their movements.
Other pets are allowed only at the discretion of the Management.

- Bungalows: B2, B2K Comfort, B4, B4 Plus and B6K Dog
- Chalets: C2, C4 Pine Forest and C4/S

Is the dog’s health card required?
It is mandatory to report, at the time of booking and upon arrival, the presence of dogs or cats that must comply with health regulations.
Access by pets is subject to the completion by the guest of the form “Notification of pet presence”, as well as to the payment of the amounts provided for in the current price list.

What services are available for 4-legged friends?
Services include a dog agility area, a pet wash (self-service) and a stretch of beach. What’s more, hygienic bag dispensers and the low-calorie and gluten-free Ice Bau ice cream are available for a fee.
Can I take my dog to the beach?
Access to the beach and the sea is allowed only in the authorized area and in the manner established by the Municipal Ordinance. Bathing is also allowed.
Can dogs enter the restaurant?
Dogs are allowed in all places, except for the swimming pools and the supermarket.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
How can I confirm my reservation?
The only way to confirm a reservation is to pay the deposit (equal to 30% of the total value of the stay for accommodation units and € 150 for pitches) by the date indicated in the booking offer letter.
How can I pay the deposit?
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (American Express and Diners are not accepted).
If you choose to pay the deposit by bank transfer, please specify the booking number in the reason for payment (e.g., Deposit for booking no. ...), the surname and name of the reservation holder.
If you choose to pay the deposit by credit card, please note that you can make this payment at the time of booking or later in the personal area.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email.

What are the days of arrival and departure for the accommodation units/pitches?

How and when can I settle my stay?
The balance of the stay and any extra services – with the exception of the tourist tax – must be paid at least 72 hours before arrival at the village, using the payment methods indicated above.
How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation by sending a written notice to info@rosapineta.it, in compliance with the following conditions:

Is it mandatory to check in online?
Online check-in is mandatory for guests with reservations and must be done at least 24 hours before arrival at the village. It is available in the personal area and must be filled in with the details of the guests present at least for the first night’s stay.
Guests arriving at a later time must register directly at the reception desk.
Upon arrival, guests will still be required to go to the reception desk to show identity documents and the license plate of their vehicle for registration.

Can I pay by debit or credit card?
Yes, Visa/Mastercard circuit cards are accepted. American Express and Diners are not accepted. Payments by check and postal order are not accepted.
ARRIVAL
What do I have to show for registration at the reception desk?
You are requested to bring the booking confirmation (also in digital format: smartphone or tablet) or voucher and a valid identity document (identity card, passport or driving license) for each person (including children of any age) and € 50.00 for the deposit (in cash).

I expect to arrive during reception desk closing time. What should I do?
If you arrive at night or after reception desk closing time, the campsite night staff will welcome you and provide you with the first useful information to start your holiday, indicating your accommodation.
You are kindly requested to show the booking letter or voucher to security and hand over the identity documents that will be returned to you the following morning after registration.

ACTIVITIES
Are there any particular prohibitions in the pools?
In the pools it is forbidden to dive, jump, run, introduce glass or food, bring pets etc.

Is the beach free or for a fee?
The beach is free and not equipped.
The accommodation units have an umbrella and 2 deckchairs that can be used at the beach of the village (DO NOT leave the equipment unattended on the beach, either during the day or at night).
Alternatively, you can book your place (1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds) at the EQUIPPED AREA of the village. This paid service can also be booked in advance or requested at the reception desk.

Is there a Wi-Fi area?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available in some areas of the village. The open-air conformation of the campsite and the vastness of the facility, with vegetation and trees in motion, do not guarantee perfect connection in every area, pitch or corner of the campsite.
To connect, simply access the Wi-Fi settings, select the FREEWIFI-ROSAPINETA network (unsecured network) and consent to the processing of personal data.

Can I book half board or full board?
You can agree on the half or full board service directly with the managers of the restaurants, on site.

Is there a bike rental shop?
In the village there is a bike rental shop open every day. In addition to renting out bikes, child seats and rickshaws, it also offers bike repairs. Bikes can be rented by the hour, day or week. For information and costs, contact the bike rental shop directly.

What are the reception desk opening hours?
The reception desk is open every day from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm.

Cash desk/payment hours: every day from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm.
What are the silence hours?
You are not allowed to drive around the campsite from 11.00 pm to 7.00 am.
Is the Supermarket always open?
The supermarket is open every day from 8.00 am to 12.45 pm and from 4.45 to 7.45 pm (opening hours may vary during the season). Gluten-free products are also available.
Is there a security service inside the village?
A 24-hour security service is active inside the village, available for any emergency on +39 0426 68033.
Should I separate waste at the campsite?
