ACCOMMODATION

At what time is it possible to check-in and check-out?
It is possible to check-in starting from 08:30 a.m. Keys delivery from 05:00 p.m. In the meanwhile it is possible to enter inside the Holiday Resort and to use all the services and the structures.
Check-out and keys delivery by 10:00 a.m. It is possible to stay in the Holiday Resort until 10:00 p.m. upon payment of the daily ticket.

What is in the price included?  
Air-conditioning (if foreseen), one car entrance (two in case of 6-people accommodation type), one beach umbrella and two beach chairs (in the accommodation), free beach in the noequipped area, 2 swimming-pools, WIFI in certain areas, daily and evening entertainment (June-8th September), playground area, football, basket and beach volley field.

How is the kitchen equipped?
2/4 fire stove, fridge combined with a little freezer, kitchenware and crockery set. 
For the Villini Comfort type, also microwave and electric boiler.

Is it possible to rent the bed linen, the bath and the kitchen linen?
The accommodation are not equipped with linen.
It is possible to rent the bed linen on spot. Moreover, it is possible to use the slot washingmachines and drier (payment service).

Is the final cleaning included in the price? 
On the departure day the accommodation must be left tidy and clean (clean stoves, empty fridge, clean bathroom and no rubbish). Otherwise € 20,00 will be charged due to final cleaning. 
PITCHES

At what time is it possible to check-in and check-out?
It is possible to check-in starting from 08:30 a.m. Pitch available from 12:00 noon. In the meanwhile it is possible to enter inside the Holiday Resort and to use all the services and the structures.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. 

Is it possible to reserve a pitch without electricity?
Reservations are possible right in the map area with orange squares (pitch with electricity) or blue squares (pitches with electricity, water and sewer connection).
It is not possible to reserve the pitches in the yellow and pink areas (pitches without electricity).

Pitches’ ampere?
16 Ampere, 2,5 Kw  - CE plug

Are the hot water showers to be paid?
No 
ANIMALS

May I bring my dog to the beach?
Dogs are allowed in the authorized area only (not equipped area). Bathing is also in this area allowed.

Is it allowed, to bring dogs inside the restaurants?
Dogs are in all premises allowed, except for the swimming pools and the supermarket.

What about the regulations in the Holiday Resort regarding animals?
Please check our Holiday Resort’s regulations – point 9.    
BEACH

Is the beach equipped or free?          
The beach is free and for our Guest only. One beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs available in the accommodation to be used in the Holiday Resort’s beach. Otherwise, it is possible to use the equipped area with beach service attendant (payment service), to be ask for at the reception or to be booked in advance. 
SERVICE

Which activities does the entertainment staff organize?
The entertainment staff (free service included in the price, from June to 8 September), organizes different types of activities during the day as well as in the evening, both for adults and for children. 
For our little costumers the Mini Club staff organizes different types of activities, such as recycling workshop, group activities, games, theme’s activities and baby dance.
Moreover, football, volleyball, tennis, ping pong, kick-a-five, beach volley and darts tournaments.
For the sport lovers muscular awakening, gymnastic, water gym, group dances / LatinAmerican, zumba, exc..

Which type of excursions or activities is it possible to join?
Our Holiday Resort, thanks to its strategic position in the Po Delta area, offers different relax choices: excursions to Venice and its Islands, bird watching, trekking, bicycle trips, horse riding, diving, boat excursions in the navigable branches of Po river, visits to the main venetian landmarks (Chioggia, Venezia, Verona, Treviso, Padova, and all the well-know Riviera del Brenta places).

Half Board or Full Board per day?
To deal on spot with the Restaurants. 
Self service restaurant: HB € 9,00 per person per day – FB € 16,00 per person per day
Weinstube restaurant: HB € 12,00 per person per day – FB € 19,00 per person per day
Segelschule restaurant: HB € 12,00 per person per day – FB € 24,00 per person per day Drinks not included.
 
Reception opening time?
During the opening summer period, our Offices are open every day from 08:30 a.m. until 09.00 p.m. 
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until 10:00 p.m.

Is there a Doctor in the Holiday Resort?
There is a doctor available in our Holiday Resort’s surgery (payment due for the examination), every day from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Available also during the day (except in the night) upon call.  

Is it possible to rent the bed linen, the bath and the kitchen linen?

It is possible to rent bed linen and towels, on spot. Moreover, it is possible to use the slot washingmachines and drier (payment service).
BOOKING

Is it possible to book a specific number of accommodation / pitch?
Our booking Office will always try to satisfy your requests, anyway the accommodation/pitch’s number will be notified only during the check-in.
For pitches booking, please provide to inform us about the characteristics of your equipments (type and measures).

Which are the arrival and departure days for accommodation / pitches?
Friday: Mobilhome Ametista, pitches
Saturday: Bungalow, Chalets, Villini, pitches
Sunday: Mobilhome Ponza, pitches

How much is the deposit due?
accommodation – 30% of the total amount (max € 200,00)          pitches € 150,00 fix amount

When should I pay my stay?
Accommodation: by the arrival
Pitches: on departure

Is it possible to pay by withdraw or credit card?
Yes, Visa/Mastercard. No American Express and Diners.
It is not possible to pay by cheque.  
ARRIVAL

What do I have to show at my arrival?              
Personal I.D. (identity card or passport) for each people, children and infant included (healthy card not valid as a document), confirmation letter or voucher, license split.
